How to make Baked Mexican Pasta
Step 1 Chop the veggies and boil pasta
To prepare this delicious pasta recipe, start by washing the capsicum, coriander leaves, and onion under running water. Using a clean chopping board, finely chop them all. Then, take a deep bottomed pan over medium flame and pour water along with a little salt in it. Add the pasta in the pan and boil it till al dente. When done, drain the water and keep the pasta in a bowl.
Step 2 Preheat the oven and cook the beef on medium flame
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Now, take a pan over medium flame and cook beef till it turns brown. Transfer it into a bowl and then, in the same pan, add the pasta sauce, cumin powder, taco seasoning, onion, coriander leaves, and capsicum and bring it to a boil.
Step 3 Add cheese in the mixture along with boiled pasta
While that boils, grate half of the mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese in the pasta bowl. Add a pinch of taco seasoning and salt to it and mix them well. Finally, mix the cooked beef, pasta sauce mix, and pasta together. Now, grease a baking tray and place the pasta mixture into it. Grate the remaining cheese over it and place it in the oven.
Step 4 Bake the pasta for 30 minutes
Bake the pasta for 30 minutes or until the cheese on top starts to turn golden brown. Place the tray on a large coaster and enjoy it with garlic bread!
